Service Provider

Their main purpose is to drive income generation from Events hires e.g. conferencing, room hires and special events across varied spaces. The role also oversees the Welcome Team, responsible for ticket sales and customer services. With line management delegated to the Deputy Head of Department.

Hours of work will include occasional weekend and/or evening work and the post holder will be expected to plan their week accordingly to support their team and high-profile events.

Skills Required:

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is highly desirable but not essential as training will be provided
